What Felt Heavy Yesterday, Will Feel Lighter Tomorrow by Gretel Warner
Artwork inspired by 2 Days Apart.
"The phrase 'Two Days Apart' instantly provoked me to consider the fleeting nature of life and, consequently, our emotions. A lot can change in the space of two days, and so, movement, evolution and growth were words that remained paramount throughout the process. I thought a lot about how humans transcend negative spaces, whether that be mentally or physically. How do we travel from feeling awful to feeling like there is hope again? There is a journey that we move through, both physically and mentally, whether we like it or not. Two days is enough to start a mental voyage and return home a stronger person."
